Today was a good day with a sweet downfall. I woke up this morning and did my 30 minutes of cardio. I was winded today, but not near as bad as yesterday.
Breakfast: Oatmeal with butter and brown sugar
Snack: The other half of Brown sugar pop tart left from yesterday
Lunch: Turkey & cheese with mayo on honey wheat multi- grain bread
Snack: Small bag of sweet and hot beef jerky (Yum) with an apple...and peanut M&M's
It was all my boyfriends fault, he came into my office with a tempting plate of M&M's. At the time I was finishing up my jerky. My associate had some and then there the rest sat practically begging to be eaten. My sweet tooth won today, but this battle isn't over.
Dinner: Chicken with asparagus
After dinner I walked about 45 minutes. I am sore, but determined to follow through.
