I watched this on HBO and cried my eyes out. Mermaid is a story about a family, Mother & daughter who loose the man in their lives. It takes a far away psychological gander on how this effects the little girl. The little girl loves mermaids and searches throughout the movie to find ways to keep contact with her father. It is in mere strangers that she finally finds the peace, that she may not even know she needed, to get closure.
Simply Red Review 5 : Based on true facts, this movie was a true insight to the innocence of children. It touched my heart and tear ducts. If you are into those heart warming stories that make you really think about others in a humane way. You'll enjoy this movie.
